What to expect moving to Lehi?

Alright, I'm a 50-year-old sales rep and It's a a smaller city city with about 81,039 people. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
