Alright, We have two kids and Rent is about $928/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
