Affordable areas near Leisure City?

The median home value here is around $333,100, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much pricey but now it's surprisingly good.
