Quick question about Leisure City

Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,590/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 8 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the Springfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

I've been here 3 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is better than expected.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
