I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 18.2%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $48,640, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
