Unpopular opinion about Leisure City

Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $333,100, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,590 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
