Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $261,500, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $126,944 in Leland Grove. Rent is about $1,227/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Tampa it's decent.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
