Dog-friendly places in Leland?

Hello, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $358,800 on average. Household incomes average around $88,576 in Leland. Median household income is $88,576, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is tough in most areas.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much competitive but now it's pretty good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 1 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into running, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The food scene is genuinely average and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (Pine Hills) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Houston, be prepared for the culture shock. dating scene is completely different here. And Limited shopping options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
