Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 1 years and The median home value here is around $139,100, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $59,026 in Lemay. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts.

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
