Hello, I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 27,489 people. The median home value here is around $640,600, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
