Remote worker thinking about Lemon Hill

Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,376 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Lemon Hill sits at 614.8 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Lemon Hill? The weather takes some getting used to.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
