Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $447,800, which is pretty steep. With a population of 17,643, Lemont is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Any help is appreciated.
