Hey, Been living here since 2006. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services.
