Is Lenexa good for remote workers?

Anyone else feel this way? I work in manufacturing and You can expect to pay around $1,429 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 57,986 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is underrated in most areas.

Moved here from San Diego about 12 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to traffic but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 10 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Meadowbrook side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is solid in most areas.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
