Raising a family in Lenexa -thoughts?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $102,344, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,429/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs?

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Maple Ridge area are solid. Kids love it here.
