Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 57,986, Lenexa is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Bought a house here in 2018 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
