Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and Median household income is $76,477, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance!
