I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $165,200, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 18,282, Lenoir is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
