Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $48,889 in Lenoir. Homes are going for about $165,200 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
