Best neighborhoods in Leominster

First post here. Median household income is $81,556, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,282 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 43,697 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much competitive but now it's solid.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The food scene is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
