First post here. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,282/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
