How are the schools in Leon Valley?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,182/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Moved here from LA about 14 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to job market but Good luck with whatever you decide..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The food scene is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
