First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 11.8%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $54,921 in Leonard. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
