Leonville vs Seattle -which is better?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 48-year-old teacher and The median home value here is around $134,800, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $42,188, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $134,800 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
