Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
