Best coffee shops in Levittown?

I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $564,000, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 6 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Greenfield area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a nurse who relocated here from Raleigh about 7 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Active local events and festivals
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are manageable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Good luck with whatever you decide..
