Biggest downsides of living in Levittown?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $139,696, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 1 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
