Biggest downsides of living in Levittown?

Been living here since 2009. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value traffic, you'll love it. The weather is genuinely underrated and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Oak Park) is affordable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Denver, be prepared for the culture shock. outdoor recreation is completely different here. And Can feel isolated.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much affordable but now it's surprisingly good.
