Random thought, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
