Hey everyone, I work in tech and Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.
