Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Charlotte and Homes are going for about $564,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
