OK so With a population of 51,557, Levittown is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,557 people. Median household income is $139,696, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $564,000, which is pretty steep. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.
Background: I'm a nurse, 31, moved here 3 years ago from Tampa. I've lived in Greenfield and East, and traveled to most parts of the metro.
**What I love:**
1. Good internet infrastructure
2. Good airport with direct flights
3. Diverse dining options
4. The people are generally surprisingly good - I found my community within the first year
**What I don't love:**
1. Urban sprawl is real
2. Road conditions need improvement
3. The traffic situation is reasonable and doesn't seem to be improving
**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Greenfield: Great for young professionals. challenging vibes, walkable.
- East: More affordable, family-friendly.
**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.
**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Tampa, everything felt solid. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are developing. Gas is growing. You can live comfortably on $90K-$100K here.
**Final verdict:**
Would recommend to anyone considering it.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
- The community vibe scene is challenging
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Limited shopping options
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.
