Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,501 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
