Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are With a population of 12,607, Lewisburg is a small town. You can expect to pay around $859 for rent here. The median home value here is around $183,400, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 24.5%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
