Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $52,634, which feels on the lower side for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
