How much do you pay for rent in Lewiston?

Alright, I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,471 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Lewiston sits at 127.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What are your go-to spots? Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I've lived in Sunset for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Active local events and festivals
- The cost of living scene is improving

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
