First post here. We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 34,471 people. Rent is about $938/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
