Hey, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. The median home value here is around $290,900, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
