Should I move to Lewiston or stay in Kansas City?

With a population of 37,886, Lewiston is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've lived in Highland for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Lots of new development happening
- The cost of living scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
