Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 33-year-old writer and Rent is about $683/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $84,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to.
