Best neighborhoods to rent in Lewisville?

The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 13,655 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Sunset. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in retail. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
