Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2006. The median home value here is around $350,200, which seems about average. Median household income is $85,002, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 68°F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
