Moving from New York to Lewisville next month

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider — Lewisville sits at 221.3 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 128K people. Homes are going for about $350,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is improving and there's always something going on.
