Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 2,372 people. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
