Lexington housing prices -when will it stop?

OK so I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..
