What surprised you most about Lexington?

So, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services...
