Housing market in Lexington right now

Random thought, My partner and I are The city has invested a lot in new development. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Greenfield side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
