Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
