Hi all, Poverty rate is 14.1%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $89,167 in Lexington Park. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,693/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
