Is it worth buying in Liberty?

Alright, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,446 people. Homes are going for about $267,900 on average. Household incomes average around $95,425 in Liberty. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
